I founded Moinot Insurance Group in 2016 with a clear vision: to make insurance more personal, transparent, and empowering to the individuals and businessess I serve.
My career began in 2007 at Abercrombie, Simmons & Gillette, where I served Business Development Manager, followed by a leadership role as Marketing Manager at Rimkus Consulting Group in Houston. With over 20 years of marketing expertise and more than a decade of experience in insurance and claims services, I bring strategic clarity, practical experience, and a steady presence to every client relationship.

In 2018-2019, I completed Tony Robbins’ Mastery University in an accelerated eight-month period, a transformative experience that strengthened my discipline, focus, and commitment to continous growth.
